THE INSTITUTE CAMPUS

MGICCC, Delhi is situated at Bakoli (Alipur-Palla Road) near Alipur Block in North Delhi and on the National high way No. 1. The Institute Campus is about 28 km away from Old Delhi Railway Station, 33 km from New Delhi Railway Station, 25 km from the Maharana Pratap Inter-State Bus Terminal and 15 km from Azadpur Terminal.

The Institute Campus is spread over 20 acers, around by natural rural surroundings, the beautiful campus harbours administration building, library, trainee’s hostel, lecture halls, auditorium, guest house, workshops, demonstration unit on renewable energy devices, staff residences etc.

LIBRARY

Library of the Institute is recognized as special library on energy (specially the renewable energy aspects). The collection consists of journals, technical books, reports and proceedings of conferences in the field of renewable energy, environment, rural development and agriculture, etc. The library is open for reference and study during the normal Institute working hours.

AUDITORIUM

 Institute has a multipurpose auditorium which can accommodate seating arrangement for nearly 100 persons. Its has hosted  many National and International seminars and workshops and is equipment with public address system and modern visual aids. had been organized in this auditorium. It is richer by public address system, video projection including and audio visual aids.

DEMONSTRATION UNIT/ENERGY PARK

Institute has well equipped energy laboratory and energy park for demonstration purpose. Institute developed a Energy park where solar photovoltaic pump, solar refrigerator, solar water heating devices, solar street light, biomass gasifier and space heating systems   are displayed for demonstration purpose.
